Many roofers attempt to do it all - asphalt shingles, galvanized steel, slate, copper, etc. Cactus Peach Roofing Solutions will only install asphalt shingles (3-tab and architectural). With 50 years of experience, to say we are Masters of installation is an honor that we don't take lightly. We not only pride ourselves on our installation process (which takes less than 2 days in most cases), but we also take pride in the amount of waste we DON'T produce (compared to other roofing specialists). ROOF REPLACEMENT
For the average sized house, the estimated time for installation is less than 2 days (in most cases). The process includes, removal of the old shingles. Once they've been removed, we do a thorough inspection of the decking to see if anything needs to be repaired or replaced. Once the inspection or repairs are completed, we move onto the next phase of installation. First, we nail down the felt, which is our first layer in protecting your roof. The next layer involves nailing down your shingles in a pattern that gives you the best defense against the elements while also minimizing waste. Once the installation is complete, we walk the roof and the grounds to ensure we've cleaned up all shingles and nails....with the intention of leaving the property better than when we arrived.
GUTTER INSTALLATION
For the average sized house, the estimated time for installation is less than 1 day (in most cases).
The process includes, unpinning the old gutters. Although we've done a preliminary measurement of the linear footage of the house, while at the property, we double measure, fabricate and determine the best way to install your new gutters. Ensuring that the gutters direct any water away from the property. Once the installation is complete, we double check all pins and also check the grounds to ensure we've cleaned thoroughly.
